Navy would be a good add, but I wonder if they'd come without Army. It would also be tricky to pull any Patriot League team out of the EIWA, since all the others are there. (The EIWA is essentially the Ivy and Patriot Leagues with a few affiliates thrown in.)

I think the best bet would be to try and find decent/good programs whose primary conferences don't have wrestling.

Mizzou would probably be at the top of that list from a competititve standpoint, although the geographic fit is not so great. Maybe they'd be interested in taking a step up from the MAC, though.

Old Dominion and App State would seem like natural fits, being in the heart of ACC country. Becoming affiliated with a more prestigious conference should be appealing to them and help recruiting as well.

Davidson, Campbell, and George Mason would all be good geographic fits who are already "outsiders" in their current wrestling conferences that are good geographic fits, but I question whether they'd bring anything to the conference except for numbers.
